I hopped on the site expecting it to feel pulled together, but the design just didn’t really work for me. It’s not the worst thing ever, and some parts are kind of clean, but then other sections feel cluttered and unfinished.

The colors, spacing, and layout made it harder to actually focus on the products. One page would look fairly modern, then the next bit felt like it came from an older site, which was weirdly distracting.
I’m sure the scents might be really nice, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the website didn’t give me much confidence. I got annoyed fast and ended up leaving without looking around much.

The app will not stay connected to my diffuser. I pair it, and it works for a bit. Then the next time I open it, it says offline. Or it just keeps spinning.

I tried reinstalling the app. I restarted my Wi-Fi. I even moved the diffuser closer. Nothing helped. For the price, I expected the app to work better. Frustrating.

I tried one of the hotel-inspired scents, and maybe it’s just me, but it didn’t smell exactly like what I remembered. It was definitely close and still makes the house smell really nice, I just thought it would be a little more spot on. Shipping was fine though, no issues there.

I’ve been using this every day, the oil level goes down a lot slower than I expected. Compared to other brands I’ve used, this one seems to stretch much further, which is a nice surprise.

This scent is really nice, it doesn’t have that cheap, fake smell at all. It’s stronger than I expected and lasts a good while, so a little goes a long way. I had to play around a bit to figure out the right amount to use, but once I did, I was happy with it.

I do like the scent, and when it’s working, it does the job fine. But mine started leaking around the bottle and clogged up a couple of times, which got old really fast. I don’t have the patience to keep cleaning something like this over and over, especially when it’s not exactly cheap. It’s not awful, but I expected it to be way less annoying.

The box was half crushed, and there was a little leaking inside, which is not what I expected at this price. The bottle cap also looked like it wasn’t tightened properly. I wanted to like it, but the packaging made the whole experience disappointing...

I really wanted to like this, but the scent was just way too light. I let it run for a while and still could barely smell anything unless I was standing right next to it, which kind of defeats the purpose.

The pages were slow for me, and it took way too many clicks just to find basic stuff like shipping and returns. I also wasn’t totally clear who actually owns or runs the site, which didn’t make me feel great about ordering.
Checkout did work in the end, but using the site on my phone felt clunky the whole time. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but for the prices, I expected things to feel a lot smoother and more transparent. I probably won’t be in a hurry to order again

I bought this diffuser thinking it would make the room smell nice, but you can barely tell it’s there. The scent is really weak and fades way too quickly. Just a heads up if you’re expecting it to fill a room, I’d probably skip this one.

I had mixed feelings about this one. The scent itself is actually really nice, and when I’m close to it I like it a lot, but somehow it still doesn’t spread through my house the way I expected. It’s noticeable in the same room, then kind of disappears once you walk away. So I like it, but I also wouldn’t say it was really worth it for my setup.

The return process was really simple and easy to get through. My refund took a few days to show up, but overall everything went fine and I’m happy with how straightforward it was.

I wanted to like this, and at first it seemed fine, but the build quality just doesn’t feel great. The casing started creaking quickly, which is annoying, and the buttons felt loose after about a week. It still works, I guess, so that’s something, but yeah… kind of disappointing.
